Louisville Colorado Mystery Buyer Closes Commercial Deal

Well, the Sun Micro Systems property, formerly owned by Storage Tek, in Louisville Colorado has finally closed. We are expecting to hear who the mystery buyer is soon. This sale has everyone buzzing in hopes that the Buyer is one of the larger high tech firms like Google or Yahoo. The word from people on the inside of the negotiations is that it will have a significant impact on Louisville, Boulder and the State of Colorado.
