I thought I'd check in and give you an update on the Boulder market and housing inventory. Our market has slowed down just like much of the country's housing markets. Unlike other markets, our slow down is in part due to the lack of inventory. People are not selling right now. For about the last 17 years it seems as though when there is a market slow down Boulder is very resilient. Our appreciation slows down but it never seems to ultimately result in lower prices.
